A Wonderful Dual Fuel Wolf Kitchen Range

!±8± A Wonderful Dual Fuel Wolf Kitchen Range

A Wolf kitchen range is a leader in the stove appliance field. It is known for its reliability and it functions better than most other similar stoves. Professional chefs and commercial kitchens rely on Wolf to provide them with the type of heat necessary to create outstanding foods. You surely will find a Wolf in almost any high-end commercial cooking establishment today.

The Wolf Appliance Company leads the world today in offering only the best ranges. It now has a specialized range that uses both gas and electricity for cooking. The cook top utilizes gas for more even and controlled cooking while the oven is powered by electricity. This technological advancement has put Wolf in the forefront of innovative kitchen products. Chefs now have the opportunity to use dual fuels in a single multipurpose range.

The Wolf dual fuel range is constructed out of heavy duty stainless steel and comes in four sizes - 36" single, 48" double, 60" double and 30" single. The electrical oven gives off an even heat by using its convection system. There are four heating elements in the stove along with two convection fans. Chefs have the opportunity to use the stove for baking, broiling and roasting any type of food. The control panel is hidden from view so that it isn't an eyesore when the stove is not being used. Chefs are able to easily keep track of the oven's temperature at all times by easily seeing the temperature gauge through the glass front on the control panel.

The gas cook top on top of the range is remarkable and allows chefs to keep their foods at the right temperature - all the time. It's easy to simmer foods (like soups and sauces) at as low as 200 degrees. On the other hand, obtaining higher heat is instantaneous if it's needed to cook other types of foods. This outstanding feature allows chefs to cook many foods simultaneously at varying temperatures.

A Wolf kitchen range is absolutely stellar! It can't be beat for its amazing performance and durability. It is also beautiful to look at with its colored knobs and bright oven interior. Stainless steel makes it a snap to clean and its surfaces are easy to keep looking like new forever.

Kirby Vacuum Cleaners - Should You Buy a New Kirby Vacuum Cleaner?

!±8± Kirby Vacuum Cleaners - Should You Buy a New Kirby Vacuum Cleaner?

When it comes to sucking up the dirt and debris that gets left on your floor, nothing beats Kirby vacuum cleaners. If you have a Kirby vacuum cleaner, you've probably seen a demonstration at one time or another. Since the 1920s, Kirby vacuum cleaners have been sold to people around the country by door to door salesmen who do in home demonstrations. Really, you have to see it to believe it, and that is something that the Kirby company, based out of Cleveland, Ohio, got right away. Those things will get almost anything out of a carpet, and have a reputation of being great, long lasting machines that are well worth their cost.

While Kirby vacuum cleaners have a distinctively retro look, there's nothing archaic about them. In fact, the latest models use a HEPA filtration system called 'Micron Magic' that ensures you're breathing in less dust and allergens than you would expect to while vacuuming. The best thing about Kirby vacuum cleaners is that the company really stands behind their product. Their latest model, the Sentria, comes with a lifetime warranty that will rebuild your vacuum cleaner from the ground up for just one tenth of the original purchase price. Literally, if you buy a Kirby vacuum today you'll never have to buy another one for the rest of your life.

One of my favorite things about Kirby vacuum cleaners is that a sales representative will come into your home and show you exactly how to get the most out of your purchase. Kirby vacuum cleaners can do a lot more than just an upright vacuum cleaner can, but you may not realize it until somebody has shown you how to take advantage of the machine. Once you buy a Kirby vacuum, you'll never have to worry about getting another one. Now that's a comforting thought!

How Does a Gas Range Work?

!±8± How Does a Gas Range Work?

Gas ranges are typically more expensive than the electric ones; however, most people prefer to cook on a gas range than on an electric range. You can control the size of the flame quite easily, and you can estimate the temperature by the size of the flame. Also, a gas range will cool down and heat up quite quickly. So that is why most people don't mind spending some extra money for those features. In this article I will explain to you how does a gas range work, so you can make an informed decision next time you need to purchase a range.

You will either need propane or natural gas to run your stove, first of all. The gas then will need to be ignited to create a flame to cook with. This is done by one of three ignition systems: standing pilot ignition, electronic ignition, or the newer-style crystal ignition. Most older gas ranges use the pilot system; basically there is a small constantly-burning flame underneath the center of the cooktop. Then once you turn the burner on, the gas travels through a small size tube to the pilot light. That process ignites the flame; it travels up the tube and ignites the burner. Electric ignition is found in many new style gas ranges. When you turn the knob to light the burner, a transformer and a spark plug generate a spark which then lights the burner, and igniting the gas. The piezoelectric crystal ignition system is less common, and it has a little pin that attaches the crystal to the control knob. When you turn the knob, the small pin bends the crystal. This crystal then creates an electric spark and ignites the burner. That is basically how a gas range works, and next I will explain some safety concerns that you should be aware of when looking to purchase a gas range.

Now that you (hopefully) understand how a gas range works, here are some safety concerns that I feel should be addressed. The first thing I will mention is gas leaks: if you smell gas, you should exit your home immediately. Gas leaks can be extremely dangerous, and life threatening. Refrain from using anything that could ignite the gas, such as: lighters, telephones, and other electronic devices could set off a spark. The next concern I will mention is to make sure your gas range is properly installed and hooked up to the gas line. You can circumvent the problem of a gas leak if you hire a reputable serviceman to install your appliance and hook it up to the gas line for you. Contact your local gas company and they can probably tell you who they would recommend to install your appliance correctly. The last safety concern is carbon monoxide poisoning, if you are using natural gas. If the gas doesn't burn completely it can cause carbon monoxide poisoning, so you should get a range hood installed that vents to the outside. Also, it isn't a bad idea to get a carbon monoxide detector in your kitchen as well.

In summary, I hope this article helped you learn how a gas range works!
